David made everything so easy! I sent in info as requested, he took it and ran! I’m very busy, as lots of people are, all of the time. David emailed me documents, I was able to look over them then sign and send it back to him. Made everything...

Closing seemed way too long, 2-1/2 hours, the length of time the sellers had to wait for their $$ etc.
