    The condo approval company used did everything they could to try and kill this sale. They were uncommunicative and unhelpful the entire time. The only good thing about this process was how attentive and helpful Ms. Cooper was.

    Martha and Shannon Follett were really great and very helpful when I had any questions or concerns. Really made my experience through the loan process transition smoothly.

    Martha communicated with me and was helpful. She actually saved First Horizon from me walking away from the loan and the bank in general because of the previous loan officer.
