They came out to fix my chimney. I had another service come out because of another leakage. There was an entire side that was untouched and they hid in the photos because of the angle the photo was taken. Do not use

Very good company. They have always done a great job. They keep a very clean work site and provide excellent service.
The guys did a thorough job however, they were in and out of the house with dirty boots. I recommend shoe covers.
Paid $400 for an inspection in March of 2024 now in June of 2024 they left the collar so loose the ceiling has visible water leakage.
I'll have to think about it before I can determine my satisfaction rating. I want to see if the chimney cleaning and repairs will work after the recent cleaning in May 2024 and flu cap replacement done today.
Great company to work with, very polite and professional. Would recommend them to my family and friends.
