Born and raised in the history-rich capital of Cuba until 1971, my parents traveled to the U.S. because they had a vision for the family's future, Tampa being our new home. As the years progressed, with me getting acclimated to American culture, I met my talented and beautiful wife, Reina, at 18. Two years later, I became a happily married man who eventually gave rise to three magnificent children, Christopher, Nicole, and Ryan. With family values being a part of who I am, I needed to protect my family and community; in 1992, I became a Tampa Police Officer. I am now retired after 26 years of service in the Special Operations Unit. But my inner desire to help others wasn't limited to Law Enforcement. In 2002 I took an immense interest in real estate, acquiring and selling properties as a Real Estate Investor. The more homeowners I helped purchase and sell homes to, the more I wanted to grow. I later acquired my real estate license, and as the years progressed, I obtained five well-known designations - ABR, CRS, GRI, FSP, and SFR. I have closed over 260 successful transactions and was nominated Hispanic Hero of the Month in 2004 in the business category of the Tampa Tribune. My success and happiness stem from helping buyers and sellers protect my client's interests.
