As a managing broker at Keller Williams, Rich utilizes his professional expertise by coaching his team of agents and overseeing all team real estate transactions. Rich works with his wife Diane Lucas, and together they have closed over 2900 properties! Rich and Diane own Integrity Homeselling Team, with their team mission being "Improving Lives Through Real Estate".One of Rich's top skills is knowing how to correctly price properties for sellers. By using multiple "Data Points", Rich is able to calculate a market value based on inventory, appreciation, market trends, online valuations, and price per square foot. He knows that correct pricing and preparation is the best way for sellers to make the highest profit in the shortest amount of time. Rich also has training in real estate law, real estate appraisals, and contract negotiations.Rich and Diane have been married since 1984, and have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. They enjoy going to the gym nearly every morning, plus hiking, biking, and snowshoeing when they can squeeze in the time.
