Nyet Abraha is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses on securities and regulatory law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. She brings valuable industry experience in the energy, natural resources and pharmaceutical sectors.She graduated from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a judicial merit scholar, a senior staffer for the Business Law Review, and a member of the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Nyet graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in public health and completed several internships in the health policy arena.
