As a Mortgage Loan Originator for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation I deliver a high level of service for both my clients and my real estate agent partners. Agents and buyers who have worked with us in the past rave about the job we do with planning their mortgages. Fairway is a full service Mortgage Banker, and we offer a variety of products for home loans to include: FHA, Conventional, USDA, VA, Bond Loans (NCHFA, etc.) including MCC's, and Jumbo Loan products. FIMC is highly selective in who they hire, and I am honored to work here. In addition to the standard licensure and company training required, I have completed over 400 hours of advanced training which less than one half of 1% of all Loan Officers in the country have completed. My goal is to educate and advise clients with expert knowledge and help them through the mortgage process step by step in a smooth and easy way so they can make an informed decision that is best for them when it comes to the biggest asset they will own- their home. I place a large emphasis on taking care of real estate agents to help make their jobs easier. All lenders do mortgages, but through Fairway I do 3-5 other things that no one else in the country offers in order to bring value to my clients and my agents. In addition to my business activities, I'm very active in my community. I am a volunteer football coach for one of the top high school teams in North Carolina and enjoy making a positive impact in the lives of young people when they need it most. I am active in numerous local charities and organizations and place a large emphasis on community involvement. I am native to Concord where I live with my wife Stephanie (also a local) and son Bane, a graduate of The Citadel, and a US Army Infantry veteran (82nd ABN DIV, 2 tours in Iraq). I enjoy sports, working out, competing in triathlons, movies, reading, and travel.
