Niv is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. Having attended the Milton Hershey School and graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with an Associates degree in HVAC/R Technology, and a Bachelors degree from Lancaster Bible College in Bible and Biblical Studies; he has been well educated and trained in His respective professions and skillsets. Niv has worked throughout the County of Lancaster as an HVAC contractor and consultant for over 5 years. Niv's passion to serve people, coupled with his knowledge of residential applications propelled him into a Real Estate career. He was seeking something where he could utilize his people and relational skills on a daily and effective basis. Niv has been a licensed realtor since 2016. He hit the ground running selling 3 times the industry average in his first two years, and has maintained a steady and increasing flow of business. This is owing to his entrepreneurial personality and self starter attitude which have served him well in attracting clients who appreciate his high quality service, integrity and attention to detail. Niv is bilingual; fluent in both English and Spanish. He counts it a privilege to be able to serve Spanish speakers and help alleviate the culture shock so many from the Latino community experience. Niv and his wife, Sade, live in Lancaster Township and are thankful for a thriving and growing young family. They enjoy spending quality time with their daughter, Ellaniah Joy, making meaningful memories. Niv is a devoted Christian and values his faith in Christ as the most important aspect of his life. He is a Philadelphia sports enthusiast and loves to travel both near and far. He now enjoys working full-time in sales helping sellers, buyers (whether first time or experienced), and investors, as well as investing in real estate himself.
