I am a Broker residential and commercial Loan originator based in Greater Los Angeles Area. In a career that has spanned more than 15 years; I have acquired significant expertise in servicing a wide range of sectors including the residential/commercial lending and various types of loan programs. As an extension of my engagement with these areas, I have assisted hundreds of individuals and entities in structuring their loan and investment strategies. I have also been called upon to advice on industry-specific lending issues, such as structuring of conforming, jumbo, investment loan and advising clients in the lending and investments. I have regularly been called upon by first-time home buyers, sessional investors and people looking to minimize their monthly payment by refinance the current loans with better interest rates I have bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Information Technology. I made a move to this financial segment just because of my passion and working close to humans than machines. The most important thing me and my team works on is to make sure what is good for our client and if a loan doesn't makes sense we don't move forward with it even if we lose money on that particular deal because we know that if end of the day our client is served with honesty we'll all thrive.
