Nima has served as lead discovery counsel for a variety of matters, including intellectual property, product liability, employment, contract disputes, construction disputes, insurance coverage, bankruptcy and governmental investigations. With over a decade of eDiscovery experience, Nima has consulted both clients and law firms on electronic discovery best practices and procedures and has managed the discovery process across all phases of the EDRM life cycle, from data preservation and collections through review and production.
