I provide a full service exclusively for home buyers from finding the right house, negotiating the best price and terms and scheduling the closing time and location. I chose to work with home buyers exclusively to avoid any conflict of interest. Prior to starting my own company, I worked as an exclusive buyer's agent with Buyers Real Estate Broker. I started with BREB in January 2005 after obtaining my real estate license for Minnesota. Prior to joining Buyers Real Estate Broker, I worked as a mortgage consultant with Home Federal Savings Bank in Rochester, where I was responsible for analyzing mortgage market conditions and assisting customers with their mortgage needs. I have helped over 500 families finance their home. I have a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston IL, where I worked as a graduate assistant. I received a Bachelor of Science in Business - finance degree from the same university.
