Nikki Smith, CRP, GMS began her real estate career as a sales associate for a small broker representing a builder in Memphis, TN. It was from there that she discovered relocation after working with a transferee from Fedex. The always changing, fast paced environment of corporate relocations had her hooked. Nikki moved to the 3rd party service provider side for over 5 years working directly with corporate clients & transferees. She has collaborated on several RFP's and implemented international policies for companies offering short and long term assignments. After her 4th relocation with her husband's job, Nikki landed in Richmond, VA and is proud to call this vibrant city her home since 2007. This move brought her back to the real estate side of relocation where she successfully completed 3 group moves and managed corporate inventory properties for all of Southern VA. Nikki is an active member of Worldwide ERC, earning the Certified Relocation Professional & Global Mobility Specialist (CRP & GMS) designations. She also is a member of the YP40 Committee and was a panelist at the 2010 Global Workforce Symposium. She currently serves on the Board as Membership Chairman for the Greater Richmond Relocation Council. Nikki brings her 10+ years of total relocation experience to The Steele Group Sotheby's International Realty group. She is excited to build and cultivate new business relationships as the need for relocation in the area continues to grow in the Richmond region.
