Before entering the real estate field, she already had experience in sales, business, and banking. She thrives on the many challenges of real estate transactions. Some clients have been first-time homebuyers, sellers who wished to "right-size" in retirement, luxury homeowners, investors, or property owners who faced difficult circumstances. She prides herself in building client relationships through ethical, forthright and supportive communications, and through RESULTS. Nicole was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Although she left the area to pursue her education--attending a HBCU in Texas for University, and to travel domestically and abroad, she eventually returned to the Bay to start a family. She has always loved what the Bay Area has to offer. Nicole says, "I am a mother and a businesswoman in this culturally rich, diverse little community we call 'The Bay Area'." A unique aspect of her business is the expansive areas that she's covered. Within her first couple of years in the business, she worked with investors who looked for specific types of real estate. This type of work took her all over. She developed strategies and habits of in-depth research and analysis of properties in all areas. This, in turn, opened up her business to clients all around the Bay and surrounding areas. Nicole has worked with clients as far south as Santa Cruz, Gilroy and Hollister; as far North as Fort Bragg; as far East as the Sacramento Area and the Sonora Foot Hills; and everywhere in between: San Francisco, San Mateo, Oakland, Oakland Hills, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, Livermore, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Albany, Berkeley, San Jose, Fremont...
