Westside native and daughter of a renown local builder, Nicole grew up inside and around LA homes most of her life. From playhouses to treehouses to buying her first fixer-upper at 24, she developed an early affinity for real estate, design and creating that feeling of being "home". Nicole graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2007 and was quickly recruited by one of the top legal firms in the nation, Latham & Watkins LLP. While she enjoyed her practice, it wasn't until she joined her best friend Jennifer Williamson selling real estate in their hometown of Westchester in 2010 that she found her true calling. With her knack for recognizing opportunity and potential, Nicole loves to help her clients visualize and achieve their dream homes in all different shapes, sizes and price ranges. She thrives at helping Sellers prepare their properties for the market, giving them that "look" to maximize value and Buyer interest. Her legal and construction knowledge allow her to skillfully guide Sellers and Buyers through the complexities of the purchase contract, disclosures, negotiations and home inspection process. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys skiing, running, SoulCycle, surfing, house design and travel. She is especially passionate about her Silicon Beach community and is always looking for ways to give back, empower women and support local businesses.
