Hi All. I am Nicole Salter. A mom of 2, wife and daughter of 1 real estate agent to many. I love helping people find their dream home. All my lists were important to me. My husband and myself are New York natives. We were born and raised in Brooklyn and Queens. Shortly after we got married, we realized our apartment was too small for us and our dogs. So, we decided to go house hunting. The first agent we had was only out to see houses she wanted to see and get her commission check. She took us to places that were too small or out of our price range. I think the only thing she heard us say was we want to live in a two-family house. Although the houses were two family many of them were single family conversions or run down (we named one the roach motel). After that experience (shortly after we changed realtors) I vowed to always do my best at listening to and paying attention to what people want. I am a firm believer that houses speak to you and carry a certain energy. I enjoy seeing the faces on people as I walk them through the home of their dreams. Taking people out to see houses and helping them find those houses that become home has rewarding to me. I look forward to helping folks find the house that fits their lives.
