Nicole Ofstein is a founding attorney of Leslie & Ofstein Law Group, PLLC. Her practice areas are tax resolution and real estate. She has successfully negotiated offers in compromise, installment agreements, hardship deferments, abatement of penalties and interest, innocent spouse relief, release of tax liens and levies, and expiration of the collection statute. She also works with property purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions, reviewing title, preparing documents, and conducting closings, and she is a member of the Attorneys Title Fund Services LLC. Before establishing Leslie & Ofstein Law Group, PLLC, Nicole was the founder and president of Ofstein & Associates, P.A., a law firm offering tax representation to individuals and businesses nationwide (2001 u2013 2013), and prior to that she was managing director of the Florida office and head of the tax resolution department at Arnold S. Goldstein & Associates, P.A. (1996 u2013 2001), where in addition to tax resolution, she also handled various estate, tax planning and asset protection issues and was appointed special counsel for Made E-Z Products, Inc. (d.b.a. E-Z Legal Forms). Nicole is a dynamic and entertaining speaker and author on IRS matters. She has lectured before numerous taxpayer and professional groups, and has been the featured speaker on various radio programs concerning the IRS.
