Nicole Lei started her real estate career which has completely become a part of her everyday life. In 2008 at that time the economy crashed she realized it was a great oppurtunity to dive into a a new world full of opportunities, and invest. She started off doing assistant work and helping clients flip homes in short sale REO market. Which transitioned into helping first time buyers attain their dream home, and helped oversea investors get the best price by negotiating. Now she has 8 years of experience and helps clients sell their property with the best image and for the highest price in the neighborhood. Nicole believes Real Estate is not wealth but the relationships built that makes each realtor a "successful" one. The benefits and feelings for each client is a major part of her work attitude, and her lifestyle as satisfaction now comes from the smiles of her clients.
