Nicole Salisbury is an associate at the Alexandria office of Gordon & Rees. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group, which represents clients in complex matters, such as wrongful termination claims, consumer protection litigation, and contractual disputes. Before joining Gordon & Rees as an Associate, Nicole Salisbury was an Attorney-Advisor for the Transportation Security Administration. During this time, she worked within the Employment, Labor, and Civil Rights Policy Group, drafting national-level employment policy and advising on Equal Employment Opportunity and whistleblower investigations. While in law school, she also worked as a summer associate for a private law firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia, as a judicial law clerk for the Magistrate Judges of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and as a law clerk for the Orange County Public Defender's Office's felony panel. Nicole Salisbury graduated from The George Washington University Law School with high honors. While in law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards. She was also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, where her student Note was chosen for publication.
