Born in Ohio, Nick Rider graduated from Bowling Green State University in Technology Education and spent many years serving students and communities as a teacher, coach, athletic director and school district administrator. During his education career, Nick continued to pursue professional growth by obtaining his Masters degree in Business Management with a focus in Technology Management and transitioned into a new role serving as a Director of Technology for public school districts.Alongside the education and technology side of Nick's professional life, he has been very active in real estate investments. He has purchased and sold several properties, in which he realized the opportunity to combine his passion for real estate and his natural ability and love to help, teach and assist others through his educational experience. Next, Nick and his family relocated to Conway, SC to be closer to family and fulfill their life-long love for the greater Myrtle Beach area.Outside of real estate, you will find Nick hiking, golfing, and adventuring with his wife and their rescue dog Gracie. When Nick and his family aren't outside you will find them at one of the many restaurants in the greater Myrtle Beach area, or binging the latest Netflix series.
