I am interested in the tax knowledge of real estate. I like understanding business and like the idea of ownership of land. I look forward to learning about sale w/ right to repurchase and how to navigate the intricate IRC tax codes such as Section 1031 "like-kind exchange" and depreciation of commercial property. I would also like to help buyers relocate and understand the rental property tax treatment.
