Nick is proud to say he is a 4th generation native Oregonian. As a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon, Nick has been working in the industry since 2012. He strives to help clients identify and achieve their goals. Nick understands that tailoring the process to each unique client is paramount and he will personally explain the process clearly because no two clients' needs/wants are ever the same. Nick's goal has always been to be a good source of information and trust for his current, past and future clients. Backed by knowledge of the real estate market and great mentoring, his strategy is to listen to the challenge, craft a solution and present the best plan possible. Setting expectations, managing those and executing on-time is something he takes great pride in. Outside of the office Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin, twin daughters Addison and Harper born in June of 2014 and their son Nash who was born in August of 2016 as well as their 9-year-old black labrador retriever, Dexter. Manzanita is often their first choice for a quick family getaway because beating the Oregon Coast is hard to do. Nick is an avid athlete who enjoys lifting weights, playing competitive American football and participating in some recreational basketball.
