Nick Gray joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in 2011 and since has participated in the underwriting and closing of over $200 Million in real estate financing transactions. Mr. Gray provides both conventional and structured financing solutions for debt and equity. He specializes in financing for private and institutional clients placing a variety of recourse and non-recourse debt with banks, insurance and agency lenders. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Gray worked for an online marketing firm based out of Beverly Hills, California where he was responsible for producing custom integrated marketing campaigns for regional and international clients. Mr. Gray graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance. During his time at USC, he was member of the Varsity Water Polo team and a member of the 2009 National Championship team.
