Born and raised on Long Island, Nicholas is proud to call this place home. Growing up in Central Suffolk County, he has been able to familiarize himself with towns across the island. The South Shore has always been a place that caught his attention for both his love of the water and community which is why he chose Sayville as his workplace. As a young kid, Nicholas has always had a love for real estate. From building cities out of toy blocks, to helping is dad fix things around the house, he always had an inclination towards it. As he grew up, his love for both the architecture and interior designs of home stayed with him. Nicholas went on to pursue an education in finance, but it wasn't until his senior year he discovered his passion and career goal would be real estate. Nicholas attended Baruch College, earning a bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Business Communication. While attending college, he took on leadership roles through Baruch's Undergraduate Student Government. As a member of the student services committee, and holding the position of a student senator, Nicholas was able to address the needs and concerns of the student body and act as their voice. During his final year of college, he decided to fill his electives with real estate course. Nicholas realized just how naturally the terminology and concepts came to him. It was during that year he had realized what he wanted to spend his life doing. Throughout college, Nicholas worked multiple jobs in retail, the food industry and settlement services. As a retail employee, he was able to learn the operation of sales, educating shoppers on new arrivals and helping them find exactly what they were looking for. As a waiter in restaurants for 4 years, he has developed exceptional interpersonal skills and client relationships. As a settlement services employee, he learned multiple aspects of the real estate process from seasoned professionals. Although Nicholas specializes in home sales and purchases along the South Shore, his education from Baruch, background in real estate, and experience in sales and customer service allows him to help you with all real estate needs throughout the island.
