Nick is an associate in our Casualty Department where he handles matters involving personal injury protection, SIU, bodily injury, and general liability on behalf of a several insurance carriers. Since graduating from law school, he has gained significant experience handling insurance defense matters working for a statewide law firm having served as a senior associate defending complex litigation on behalf of his clients. Being an advocate for insurance carriers, he has earned the reputation for being a strong but fair advocate.juris doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the St. Thomas Law Review, International Moot Court and Mock Trial team. While competing for the Mock Trial team, Nick won the ABA Labor and Employment Law Southeast Regional Competition earning a spot in the national competition. Nick previously worked in the City of Miami and Miami Dade Public Defender's Office.
