Interacting with clients through tax planning sessions allows Neil to take a proactive approach in identifying potential issues and help them enact solutions to maximize results. Prior to joining the firm, Neil worked with Ernst & Young out of their Chicago office where he led accounts for some of the world's leading corporations. However, he began his career at a small local accounting firm where his appreciation and passion grew for working with small business owners and individuals.
