Neil Calfas is the founder of Calfas Law Group and a distinguished criminal defense attorney in the San Antonio community. Following his graduation from St. Mary's University College of Law, Neil started his legal career working under Gerry Goldstein, Van Hilley, and Mark Stevens--some of the most prominent criminal defense lawyers in the state. Neil would go on to found his own firm and continued to build a reputation for providing knowledgeable, hard-hitting representation both in and outside the courtroom. He served as the Continuing Legal Education Editor for the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association's monthly publication and as an Adjunct Law Professor at St. Mary's University College of Law, as well. He maintains membership with several prestigious organizations, including the Texas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
