Neal sold manysmall and large ranches and worked to build the relationships necessary toallow the company to grow. After a few years selling ranches, he decided to expandhis business with his wife Merideth joining him and they began work in theresidential market. At that point, the brokerage jumped headfirst into selling distressedproperties and marketing REOs from banks and lending institutions(foreclosures). Selling distressed properties gave Neal keen insight intovaluation, investment and he developed a real estate selling process thathelped buyers capitalize on the investment of their home purchase.
