While pursuing a finance/accounting degree from DePaul University, Nate lived in Rogers Park managing his Father's apartment building and commuted to the loop and Lincoln Park for class. During his studies, Nate worked downtown at Northwestern Mutual and Merrill Lynch. Later, Nate transferred to First Insurance Funding in Northbrook/Highland Park, and after a year, got his brokerage license and began managing more than 30 commercial properties in the South and West side neighborhoods of Chicago. Nate is a well-versed, Chicago native who knows exactly what neighborhoods are trending and where investors are creating value. Nate listens well and is respectfully honest. He is numbers oriented and value driven.
