As a Los Angeles native, Nat has worked in the residential real estate market for over nine years helping to service the Temecula valley. His great appreciation for architecture combined with a dynamic approach to real estate has helped him facilitate nearly a billion dollars in transactions to date. A savvy creative problem solver, he thinks outside of the box while maintaining the utmost discretion with every client. Nat has represented an outstanding list of clients that include all levels of the community. While negotiating every aspect of the real estate transaction, he has met many outstanding contacts that help his clients and him navigate the best possible deal during and after completion. He is passionate about working in this industry and looks forward to his continued success in residential real estate. After studying Administration of Justice in college, Nat developed a passion for marketing and sales which he has been pursuing for the past twenty years. Nat has lived in Temecula for the last 10 years, with his wife and Great Danes. Nat is fluent in both English and Spanish. When not working with Buyers or Sellers, he enjoys horseback riding, traveling, professional baseball and hockey games.
