Nancy Lovette is the Broker-in-Charge for Lovette Properties. She also helps with Agent Training and continues to serve her clients as a Listing Agent. A veteran of the business, she was first attracted to a career in Real Estate for the flexibility to work around the needs of her family. A career in real estate gave Nancy the opportunity to fully support her family during a financial downturn she and her loved ones had few places to turn. Without a college degree or resume to speak of, Nancy says, "I am forever grateful that I found a career where hard work and dedication pay off. By putting my hand to the plow, and perfecting the skills of real estate, I was able to pursue a growing business that truly has no limits." In 2006 Nancy started to grow as a single agent and began reaching production that placed her in the top 100 Agents in the Board and in the top 12 in our region. A successful career was a blessing financially, but eventually began robbing her time with the very ones she worked for. Rather than leaving her real estate career, her family decided to jump into the mix. They have moved from a "family team" to launching one of Raleigh's most innovative and energetic new Real Estate Firms. They are now focused on building Lovette Properties with service at the heart of their mission. "I love first and foremost to serve! This passion fuels my desire to train each and every Agent associated with our Firm so that brand new and experienced Agents alike, can offer the highest level of service and expertise to their clients. I view my job as a way to walk alongside others...helping to support, counsel and encourage" Nancy explains. For a glimpse into her personal side, Nancy and her husband Doug, met in the late 80's at a small private college in California called The Master's College. They decided to settle in Raleigh, North Carolina where the Lord has called them to serve Him first and foremost and to business as a way to further that mission. They have four grown children with two (Bryant and Morgan) working with them in the company. The oldest daughter Lauren Lovette, dances professional with the New York City Ballet and their youngest (Harrison) is currently working in landscaping. Doug and Nancy enjoy the North Carolina seasons, the city's vibrant energy, the friendly culture and of course, the State Fair...but they love serving in their home church most of all. One of Nancy's favorite verses is Galatians 2:20 and her all time favorite hymn is It is Well With My Soul.
