Born and raised in Southern California, Nancy brings a unique knowledge of the area and market to serve her clients purchasing or selling a property. Married to Mark Deushane, they have four children. Nancy worked with Guidelines International for 20 years. Her position with this non-profit gave her the opportunity to travel extensively around the world, taking part in humanitarian outreaches in many countries, including Kenya and the Philippines. One of Nancy's passions is interior design. Her portfolio includes several offices, which she designed from the ground up. Nancy's sense of style and design blend beautifully with her career in Real Estate sales. Her talent in design is critical in preparing homes for sale to get top dollar. Negotiating is also her strong suit. Having lived in the area for over 45 years is a huge benefit to her clients. Her Mission Statement: "My philosophy is simple: clients come first.
