I am a NAR "Green Designee" and am always excited to help clients increase energy efficiency in their homes. In a complete remodel of my home, I started with the basics by installing a solar hot water heater and passive cooling features. Recently, I installed 19 PV panels and a battery storage system that reduced my HECO bill, my carbon footprint, and it provided me with a rebate from HECO and 30% of install costs as tax credits. I've been practicing yoga for over 35 years and am dedicated to healthy eating and lifestyle. In my free time, I love recreational outrigger paddling, the ocean, the beach, swimming, and working out at the gym. I volunteer as an usher at our beautiful, historic Hawaii Theater. I am a ceramic artist with a small home studio and I have a cheerful 9lb Maltese named Betty who loves the beach as much as I do! Oahu is a great place to live and invest!
