Among other businesses, he started the first telephone company in Jefferson County. It went from Leland to Pt Ludlow, Gardiner Brinnon. Jim and I jumped into business for ourselves as Munn Bro's Hood Canal Real Estate in 2010. My particular area of expertise is working with raw land and development, including managing septic design and installations, and performing inspections for home construction. I am also a notary and able to help out with any paperwork, which may be needed during the process of construction.
