She has counseled and represented Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Trusts, Special Servicers, SBA Lenders/Servicers, and financial institutions in REO transactions, including asset and note sales; purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, respectively, of single and portfolio asset transactions; life companies in office lease transactions; landlords and tenants in office, research and development, retail, industrial, and build-to-suit lease transactions nationwide; and real estate clients in the redevelopment of existing commercial real estate.
