In addition to her business litigation practice, Ms. Guardado is experienced in handling a variety of employment disputes including those related to age and sexual discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and issues related to unemployment benefits. She also handles appellate and insurance defense issues, governmental advocacy, landlord-tenant and construction disputes.
