Katherine Daugherty's law practice is focused in family and criminal law matters. Her family law practice includes: custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, divorce, separation agreements, premarital agreements, and protective orders. Katherine's criminal law practice includes: representing clients charged with minor traffic infractions to more serious offenses such as driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Katherine also represents those who have been convicted of more serious offenses such as larceny, assault and battery, drug related offenses, and other criminal offenses.Katherine's approach to each case is to keep her client's interests preserved based upon the unique facts an circumstances of each case and works to obtain the most favorable result for her clients. Katherine is able to fight for client's rights whether it be through negotiations or at trial.Katherine graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2010 with a major in Political Science.After college, Katherine attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. While attending law school, Katherine was selected to be a member of the Moot Court Honor Board where she learned the importance of organization and fight for clients, no matter the circumstances.Katherine joined the Daugherty Law Firm, P.C., in 2013 and has been successful in obtaining favorable results for our clients in several jurisdictions.
