I was trial counsel for the trial division of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Companies representing the company and their insureds in lawsuits in state and federal courts. I have represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, municipalities and some of the largest insurance companies in the country. I exclusively represent individuals and small to medium sized businesses in business disputes in litigation and trial in Colorado and Florida. I do not accept cases I am not prepared to take to trial. I also accept cases defending individuals and businesses in business disputes.
