Attorney Lance Quaranto is a native of Southern California and moved to Eugene to pursue his LL.M Degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Law at the University of Oregon. While attending school at Oregon, Mr. Quaranto fell in love with the Northwest and decided to open his practice here upon completion of his degree.
