As a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Texas, a former felony prosecutor in the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office, and now as a criminal defense attorney since 2017 Eric has tried over 150 jury trials. Those trials include capital murder, murder, drug conspiracy, human trafficking, white-collar crimes, sexual assault, injury to a child, aggravated assault, assault, and DWI. Eric has received multiple advantageous results for his clients and believes in being ready to go to trial or negotiate a beneficial plea bargain to satisfy his client's wishes.Eric graduated from Howard Payne University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Eric graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2003. Eric is a proud member of the Texas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.
