H. David Flowers is "Of Counsel" to Whitaker Chalk Swindle and Schwartz in Fort Worth, where he was a partner for 23 years and member of the litigation section for over 24 years. Mr. Flowers is licensed in both Texas and California. After graduation from Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Flowers practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 9 years. He came to the Dallas/ Fort Worth area in 1981 and joined the firm of Michener Swindle Whitaker Pratt Mercer, now Whitaker Chalk. Over the next 30 years, David worked in large part to defend companies that were non-subscribers to Texas workers compensation insurance. Mr. Flowers has practiced primarily in the arena of litigation.
