We do not charge for consultations over the phone or for residential design services estimated costs or for local onsite consultations once a phone consultation has been completed. If we have to travel outside a 50 mile radius we may charge a trip charge for an onsite visit. Most projects, including residential plans and designs require a site visit at some point. We base all our formal project proposals on estimates received to conduct the work and therefore require a bid set of plans and designs for this purpose.
