It's been 8 years since I embarked on my real estate career. I am a US Air Force veteran who served on active duty for 9 years. I worked for the US Postal Service for 22 years before getting into real estate. I have worked in customer service for over 22 years and supervised for most of that time. Real estate and traveling are my passion. I am passionate about working with both buyers and sellers. I pride myself on being a patient and compassionate agent who understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions my client(s) will undergo in their lifetime. It is why I take the time to explain and or answer any and all questions throughout the process. The process can be extremely stressful at times so I prepare my clients on the expectations, provide them with useful information such as market trend data and comparative analysis data. Many of my clients are from out of state so I am that agent that will go the extra mile by going out and taking a personal video or pictures so my client has a true picture of the property they are looking at. I am a loyal agent who works diligently for my client during negotiations and follow-up throughout the transaction. I am very organized which helps us to stay on track and close on time. Real estate is not a job for me; it is a commitment to my lifetime dream career so I do not take it lightly.
