Before becoming a real estate agent, I built a data-driven career spanning science and marketing. Originally from Shanghai, China, I spent five years in Washington, DC, earning a PhD in Chemistry from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. I later worked for over a decade at a Fortune 500 company, where analytical thinking, market insight, and disciplined decision-making were central to my work.My passion for real estate grew through hands-on investing. Beginning in 2021, I built a portfolio of out-of-state investment properties focused on cash flow and value-add opportunities, working closely with agents across multiple markets. That experience shaped my belief that having a knowledgeable, trustworthy partner is essential to achieving long-term real estate success. Today, I bring a strategic, data-informed approach to helping clients preserve wealth, build financial independence, and make confident real estate decisions--from securing a dream home to building a future with intention.After moving to the Bay Area in 2016, I've proudly called Walnut Creek home since 2021, where I'm raising my two children. With a global background and strong local roots, I enjoy helping clients from all walks of life navigate one of the most important decisions they'll ever make.
