    The experience that I've had with these people, are they are unprofessional, unreliable, have personally insulted me..then never got back to me on a quote. Mind you, I"m already a customer with an open policy. Apparently this doesn't matter...

    worst insurance company ever. they will not follow through with important issues by due dates, they will confuse your account with someone else's with a similar name, and they will remain unapologetic. run away.
