My name is Misty Jacobs and I love all things real estate. I tend to work extremely well with first time home buyers do to my patience and experience with buying my own first home at the age of 21, and now I live in my 7th family home. I also love listings and tend to click with sellers because of my laid back, no pressure, personality and my experience with selling on a private level, I know what it takes to get a listing sold. As for my buyers, I always tell a buyer that is new working with me, I promise you I will never talk you INTO a house, if anything, I will talk you out of one. My motto is always if I wouldn't buy it myself, I don't want my buyer to feel pressured to buy it either. I hope to have an oppportunity to work with you!!!!
