Miryam grew up in an entrepreneurial family environment. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Universidad de San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru. In 2003 she immigrated to the US as a student. She is a listing specialist who has earned the Sellers Representative Specialist designation (SRS) and the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and she has also earned a Certificate in Negotiation Skills from Harvard University. She has been assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in Austin and the surrounding areas since becoming licensed in 2013. She is committed to providing her clients with the best service and is driven by a single vision of client satisfaction. One of her strengths is her organization skill, persistence, and consistently positioning her clients property in the best possible way. Miryam lives in Northwest Austin with her family. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family, working out at her local gym and running the local trails. She has also completed the 3M Half Marathon. She loves the outdoors, hiking mountains, running, trying different cuisines, and making connections with people to help them achieve their goals.
