Real Estate is in my blood. My first post-college job was with a National Real Estate Consulting firm performing the following tasks: Auditing Real Estate Companies or companies with significant real estate holdings, preparing tax returns for Individuals with extensive commercial and residential estate holdings and various "consulting" work, which is basically a catchall phrase for assignments that didn't fit into the previous two areas. My biggest take away was in real estate valuation: I learned how to place a value on most any commercial real estate investment, the most interesting being a California wine vineyard (you learn quickly how many grapes it takes to make a bottle of wine). Once I became a Mom, I decided to pursue the Residential side of real estate & obtained my Residential Real Estate license. In addition to being a sales associate, I was a Broker's Assistant, Recruiter and eventually a Management Trainee at a large Regional Real Estate firm. This background provided me with the corporate management structure as well as sharpening my real estate sales skills. Most importantly, it gave me the courage to start my own real estate brokerage. At Miracaza, my goal is simple: to ensure our clients as well as our team members recognize that they are a part of an extended family, not just another cog in the wheel.
