I have always been an advocate of home ownership and started out as a real estate agent. Something was missing for me and I found it after several years. I like to help coach people through the process to get to a point where they can purchase a home comfortably. Understanding that allowed me to transition over to the lending side of things. I know all the parts of a real estate contract and the timeliness and communication needed to effectively get across the finish line.
