Local Bank has a long and proud history of community banking. Our story began over a century ago when Peoples Bank of Red Level opened its doors in 1914. Centered in the heart of Red Level, Alabama, the bank was committed to keeping their customers and community first. In 2022, the bank was rebranded “Local Bank” out of the desire to spread the bank’s legacy and traditions to more communities. The new name reflects our commitment to local communities and continuing to keep the founding principles at the forefront. We are proud to carry on this legacy and are dedicated in maintaining our personalized approach to banking.
