This State Farm has HORRIBLE communication. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. HAD TO FIND A DIFFERENT AGENT.
This particular office is terrible. Very poor service, untrained staff, calls not returned and people have been rude and brash. Mike is never there, he’s always golfing or something. I promise you’ll regret using this office.
